Sandra dos Santos Pereira has worked for 5 years at OEC. At the moment she is a heavy vehicle driver in the Prosub-EBN project in Itaguaí (RJ) in the equipment sector. "Never lose hope! Dedicate yourself. Show that you can make a difference. We are capable, even if some doubt it." |

Denize Lopes has been an occupational physician for 24 years, 16 at OEC. She is currently responsible for the company's health program and for the precautions and guidelines regarding Covid-19. “Ever since I was little, I wanted to be a doctor. All my professional life consisted basically in me working in a medical clinic until the moment when OEC invited me to work full-time and I accepted the invitation. And I’m still here, going on 16 years.” |

Ana Nazareth Alceno de Jesus is a civil engineer and has worked for 7 years at OEC. Currently, she is responsible for subcontracts at OEC in Angola. “Always be yourself and never listen to people who say: ‘you are a woman, you shouldn’t do this or that, because you can’t do it’. You are a woman, and you can do anything, sometimes even more and better!” |

Dalis Itzel Zambrano Madrid is a civil engineer and has worked for almost 13 years at OEC. Currently, she is Responsible for Engineering at the Airport Connection Branch, Panama Metro’s Line 2. “Nothing motivates me more than seeing that there is a space that is being occupied by ‘someone like me’ and that if she can do it, I can too!” |

Maria Alencar joined OEC in 2001, as an intern, and in March 2020 took over the management of the Santa Cruz Thermoeletric Power Plant contract, with Furnas Centrais Elétricas as a client, in Rio de Janeiro, where she remains today. "Do not be intimidated in environments where you are a minority, when we actively participate, we are perceived, and, if the work is good, the recognition comes at some point." |

Ludmila Lavigne, our People, Planning and Organization Director, has a long history in the Group, having already worked for Ocyan, OR and Atvos. Ludmilla joined OEC in 2020 and brought along with her experiences in the other areas, such as Communication and Sustainability. During these years, she conducted several programs aimed at organizational transformation, people development, youth integration, diversity management and community relations, making a difference for many people. "It is through the relationship with people that we transform and are transformed." |

Graduated in Law, Ana Novaes holds a PhD in economics and CFA certification, the most complete and recognized in the finance sector. Since October 2018, she has been a member of the OEC Board of Directors. "For all OEC women, especially the younger ones, I suggest that they always try to do something they are proud of and find meaningful in their lives and the lives of others. Always striving for excellence without losing happiness should be a goal for each one of us." |

Elizabeth da Silva Neta has been working at OEC for 7 years. Currently, she is in the Planning and People area at the OEC office in São Paulo, assisting in the admission processes of Members and interns and supporting the Business Leader's Dynamic Organization. "I went through the most challenging phase of the company in the last 7 years and now the pandemic, but I always try to overcome difficulties. There's no choice. It's a necessity!" |
