It is in this context that Odebrecht Engineering & Construction and Microsoft have expanded their long-standing relationship, signing a Memorandum of Understanding for scientific and technological cooperation and exchange.  The aim of this partnership is to strengthen research, the development of joint solutions and to use Artificial Intelligence.  This is applicable at construction sites and will make a further contribution to security for Members and the communities living nearby the sites.  It will result in increased productivity, a better control of environmental conservation and other processes, which can raise the standard of engineering and construction services in Brazil and around the world. In the field of management, OEC is also analyzing the opportunity of using blockchain technology to improve the efficiency of its operations.
