The OEC Board of Directors has approved the name of Lucas Cive Barbosa to take on the role of Chief Financial Officer at the construction company. The choice of the new officer was validated by the North American consultancy Russell Reynolds, after evaluating the executive's profile.
Lucas has a degree in Business Administration from USP and a master's degree from the MIT (Massachusetts Institute of Technology). In the last four years he held the positions of Executive Officer at consultancy Alvarez & Marsal, Managing Officer at BBC Digital Bank, Financial Officer at Simpar, and Strategic Planning Officer at holding company JSL S.A. Between the years 2005 and 2018 he had already worked in companies of the Novonor Group, such as Braskem, Odebrecht Participações e Investimentos, Concessionária Rota das Bandeiras, CNO and OEC.
