Gávea Station Welcomes Students from the University of Nebraska (USA)
The Gávea Construction Consortium welcomed a group of 16 representatives from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln (UNL), United States, including 12 undergraduate Civil Engineering students, two professors, and two coordinators. The program included an institutional presentation by the Consortium, followed by a Q&A session.
At the beginning of July, the kick-off meeting for the Respect Builds Program was held. The initiative, developed by Tenenge, an Odebrecht subsidiary, is aimed at strengthening an organizational culture based on respect, integrity, diversity, and inclusion.
With the objective of strengthening a culture of respect, equity, and appreciation for people, the UHN–Tenenge Consortium recently held a dialogue session on Diversity and Inclusion with members of the workforce at the Suape Complex.
Reinforcing its ongoing commitment to promoting a safer, more ethical, and respectful work environment, the UHN–Tenenge Consortium continues to strengthen awareness initiatives on violence against women through the Respeito Constrói program.
Today, July 1, Odebrecht Engineering & Construccion Integrity Program achieved another important milestone: receiving the Pro-Ética Seal 2025–2026, granted by Brazil’s Office of the Comptroller General (CGU), for the second consecutive cycle.
