Tenenge started the Improvement and Productivity Program aimed at a better work performance. 

Under the advice of Professor Carlos Caldas, member of the CII (Construction Industry Institute), data collection and field observations are carried out with the purpose of evaluating the efficiency of the use of time by direct labor teams.

First phase of the program aimed at to identify the barriers preventing possible advance in productivity and, subsequently, to put into practice the necessary actions for production to be more effective.

At first, the Improvement and Productivity Program is being carried out at Braskem’s Q1 Industrial Unit, in Camaçari, during the maintenance services of BA-4109 Furnace, however, the goal is for this initiative to be applied to other Tenenge’s works.
