We have become aware that scams linked to the offer of false job vacancies have been applied in the name of OEC and Novonor. In view of this, we would like to point out some guidelines so that everyone is aware and can help prevent such occurrences:
-Our external selection processes are publicized and carried out through official channels: institutional websites and official profiles on social networks, as well as recognized sites specializing in recruitment, such as LinkedIn and Vagas.com;
-The opportunities offered will never require any kind of financial contribution from the candidates;
-The remuneration is usually provided in the later stages of the selection process. Any amount given in the initial contact, or publicly, could be an indication of a scam;
-Contact with selected candidates will always be made via a corporate e-mail address, with the domains “@oec-eng.com”, “@tenenge.com” or “@novonor.com”.
We are working together with Legal to take the appropriate legal measures in relation to these scams, as well as reinforcing these recommendations on all our companies' official communication channels.
If you know of any incidents or have any questions, please contact peo@oec-eng.com.
