The Baixo Iguaçu Hydroelectric Power Plant (HPP), located on the Iguaçu River in Paraná, started generating energy on January 30, with one Kaplan turbine operating. With the capacity to generate up to 116.7 MW, the turbine is the first of three generating units to produce energy.
Thanks to the efforts of a committed team, composed of more than six thousand members, the conclusion of five stations of the Panama's Metro Line 2 was anticipated.

In this period, 85 piles ranging from 48 to 57 meters in length each were driven, totaling 4.68 kilometers of pipes and a total load of 1,470 tons. The services were completed within international quality specifications, with no lost time accidents.

After receiving its operating license, the Ribeirão Photovoltaic Plant, in Pernambuco, started supplying the interconnected system with enough power to benefit almost 4,000 homes.

OEC has just delivered the 15th health center, a result from Public Private Partnership between the city of Belo Horizonte and concessionaire Saúde BH. The contract executed in June 2019 has duration of 20 years and the 40 units planned will be delivered in the first 33 months. By mid-2023, this corresponds to an average of one new center every 24 days.
